By completing
and returning this on-line application, I
agree to the following:
I accept that
TC Corp forward a summarized approval notification to the seller
of my vehicle at the time of approval, to be used to reserve the
bike in the seller’s system in my name. I understand that this does
not engage TC Corp’s responsibility.
- I understand
that TC Corp reserves the right to cancel my approved loan at
any time prior to delivery of the motorcycle based on information
not available or concealed at the time of approval or modification
of any circumstances which potentially reduce my willingness or
ability to pay on the loan.
- I authorize
TC Corp to contact myself or members of my family, my employer
or chain of command, creditors or credit history institutions
to obtain or verify information necessary for TC Corp to evaluate
my personal, employment and financial situations in order to process
my loan approval. I also authorize TC Corp to communicate this
information to other parties involved in the process.
