and should be mailed directly to our stateside depository bank at:

On all payments
not made by allotment, always indicate ’TC motorcycle’, your full
name, SSN and/or TC Corp account number as a reference on your payment.
You
may make additional payments at any time during his loan. Partial
or full pre-payments are accepted without penalty, reducing the
total cost of interest on the your loan.
TC CORP LIEN / SELLING
YOUR BIKE
TC financed motorcycles are secured by a lien. This means that TC
has a certain number of rights on the motorcycle, which must be
respected at all times by you as a borrower. The motorcycle may
be sold after contacting. To complete the sale, the loan must be
paid off in order to obtain a lien release. After a loan is normally
paid off, TC Corp will always provide you a lien release within
short delay and can also fax you a copy upon request.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
TC does not require full coverage insurance on the motorcycle. Liability
plus theft is however required at all times of operation. During
winter months, if the bike is not registered, arrangements can be
made to suspend the liability portion, maintaining simply theft
coverage. Please confirm with your insurance company and TC Corp
before suspending any part of the insurance. You must forward a
copy of the insurance policy showing TC as lienholder at the time
of delivery/registration of the motorcycle.
TITLES
/ REGISTRATION
For all European deliveries, TC Corp. holds the Certificate of Origin
and will forward it to you at the time of your PCS move. For all
Stateside deliveries, the State title will be forwarded directly
to TC Corp by the dealer at the time of delivery.
TC Corp will continue to hold the title documents until the loan
is paid off in full. Upon receipt of full payoff, TC Corp will issue
a lien release and forward the clear title directly to you. You
are required to pay necessary registration fees and taxes and always
mention TC Corp as the lienholder on your motorcycle as long as
the loan remains unpaid.
PCSING / SHIPPING MOTORCYCLE STATESIDE
When a PCSing, you will usually want to ship your bike at the same
time with your household goods. TC’s written permission is necessary
to do so, and as a TC borrower you must forward a written request
to TC at least 4 weeks prior to shipment. TC Corp’s offices will
deal with the rest (documents for USAREUR de-registration, Certificate
of Origin for stateside registration).
Generally, TC will grant permission to ship the motorcycle when
the your payments are current and made by allotment and the move
is not an ETS.
EARLY SEPARATION
TC Corp approves and grants you your loan based on your ability
and willingness to repay the loan in full by allotment while in
the military. An early separation (voluntary or involuntary) is
an element of default on the TC loan contract and must be dealt
with immediately to avoid default complications. You must contact
our offices in France directly to make special arrangements if separating
or being discharged.
CREDIT
REFERENCE
After repayment of your TC Corp loan in satisfactory manner, TC
Corp will provide you with a positive credit reference. This is
particularly valuable to help rebuild your credit history your if
negative entries were made in the past.
